Our monthly prices include:

• Copropriety charges,
• Water
• Liability insurance (the "assurance locataire" is waived)
• Very High DSL unlimited Internet access (Wifi in most flats)
• Cable TV
• Telephone hook up fee + calls to fixed phones to most countries (+ calls to US cell phones)
• All taxes,
• Linen, towels, all kitchenware provided.

Our monthly prices do not include:

• Energy bill (but service is already set up in all flats)

No additional fees. However:

You are responsible for the check out cleaning unless you have signed for this service. Also see our regular check in/out times below

We use the official rental contract published by "Particuliers à Particuliers" and provide a bilingual version of the contract (sample copy per email) and follow the guidelines provided "Gîtes de France". For a firm reservation a contract is signed by both parties

Downpayments:

For a firm reservation we need a financial commitment of 150 Euros. This fee is nonrefundable and goes toward the first month rent due upon arrival.

Means of payments

• Regular checks from French, US, German, or British banks (if timing allows)
• Bank transfer to the owners accounts (France, Germany, England)
• Western Union payments

Rent:

The full amount of the first month of rent (- 150 euros) is due by check in date at the latest.

• Bank transfer to the owners accounts (France, Germany, England)
• Draft in the owners names carried by the tenant at check in time. (in euros, banking fees may apply if the draft is not cashable in France)
• Cash payments
• Western Union payments
• Regular checks ( French, German, British banks - only for long term rentals)
• Credit card through Paypal (in euros, paypal fees apply).

A security deposit is being asked upon arrival (amount varies according the the apartment and the length of stay between 400 to 1800 euros. In some cases the deposit can be held in other currencies than euros.

 

Check in/out time: Normal check ins are between 11 and 21 and normal check outs between 8:00 and 11:00. Arrival and departure at special hours might be possible (extra fee of 25 euros).
